Sorry.  In my first email, I neglected to tell you where the meeting is
to be held.

It is at the TADL (Traverse Area District Library) Meeting Room.  This
is the room that is to the left immediately after entering through the
main entrance.

3. Explanation of current funding, plus townships in, and budget
